Library Artists!

During our Library time this week we thought about all we have been learning this term, and who has helped us with this learning... Mrs Micic!

We drew portraits of Mrs Micic, and they all looked really good!

Tuakana-Teina day

We LOVE buddy time!

 

Tuakana/teina refers to the relationship between an older (tuakana) person and a younger (teina) person where the work together in teaching and learning. Click here to read more about it.

Today we worked together (and with some soft toys) to produce a story book...

When they're all finished they will be printed and we can read them in class!

Room 2 loved being able to work on a netbook with their buddy. 

In the afternoon we began to make posters to promote our books.

Everyone worked together SO WELL!!

We are really good at art in Room 2.

Today we had Mrs Manuyag come and teach us how to smudge when using pastels.

We did SUCH good work because we listened well and we didn't rush our work.
